01 | COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

Please read the price list and these terms before commissioning.

Submitting a request does not mean that the commission has been accepted. Before formally accepting it, both parties will confirm the commission details, price, and delivery time.

• Private commissions: Apply through the form. The quote, payment method, and delivery time will be confirmed by email.
• Platform commissions: Apply through the relevant platform and follow its process for payment, communication, and delivery.

02 | CREATION AND REVISIONS

After the commission is confirmed and payment is made as agreed, work will begin according to the queue order.

Two free revisions are included during the sketch stage. Additional revisions or major changes to the original request may require an extra fee.

After the final work is delivered, only corrections for errors that do not match the confirmed request will be accepted.

03 | CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

For private commissions, please contact me by email if you need to cancel. Payment can be refunded before work begins; after work begins, the final amount will be settled according to the completed work and the agreement between both parties.

Cancellations, refunds, and disputes for platform commissions will be handled according to the agreement between both parties and the applicable platform rules. If platform rules or applicable law provide otherwise, those rules will apply.

If I am unable to complete the commission for a reason on my side, a full refund will be issued.

04 | USE AND LICENSING

I retain the copyright in the work. The client receives a license to use it within the agreed scope.

Non-commercial commissions may be used for personal collection, SNS avatars, and non-profit sharing.

Commercial use, use at twice the private-use price, selling products, or any other use beyond the original license requires prior consent and a separate agreement.

Without additional permission, the work may not be resold, presented as being drawn by someone else, or used to train AI models.

Whether the work may be displayed in my portfolio or on SNS will be decided as part of the commission agreement.

05 | OTHER MATTERS

The client must confirm that the characters and reference materials they provide may be used for this commission.

Email is the primary contact method for private commissions. For platform commissions, platform messages and order records will be the reference.

Special requests must be agreed upon when the commission is confirmed. If an individual agreement differs from these terms, the clearly confirmed agreement between both parties will apply as long as it does not conflict with applicable rules.

Any matters not covered by these terms will be handled according to applicable law and platform rules.
